Swiss roll recipe
4 egg
Half cup maida
Half cup and 2 tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Half tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbs warm water
Method
Sugar aur eggs ko 5-7 minutes laga taar electric whisk se mix kar lain k yh mixture fluffy ban jae.
Ab maida salt maida baking powder in teeno ko 3 baar sieve kar lain (chan'ni mein se 3 baar chaan lain.. aisa karny se apka Swiss roll bohat soft banay ga)
Ab maiday walay dry mixture ko thora thora kar k eggs aur sugar waly mixture mein add karen aur chamach se slowly mix karen k eggs k air khatam na ho. Last mein vanilla aur water add kar den
Aik baray flat baking tray mein butter paper laga kar us pe ap chocolate se koi b design bana lain. Ya isi swiss roll mixture se thora mixture nikal kar us mein koi food colour add kar k butter paper k upar design bana lain.
Ab swiss roll mixture ko design walay butter paper pea daal k 12-14 minutes bake kar lain.
Jese bake ho jae forun aik saaf butter paper upar rakh kar slowly baking tray ko palat den. Tray utaar kar ab pehle wala butter paper b slowly Swiss cake se utaar lain.
Ab slowly neechay waly butter paper k sath Swiss cake ko andar ki tarf roll karaty jain. Ab isko roll bana k thanda hone ko chor den.
Filling k leay ap jam use kar sakty hain. Ya cream bhi. Ya dono use kar lain sath mein fresh fruits cut kar k woh b cream k sath use kar sakty hain.
Jab Swiss roll mukamal thanda ho jae. Tab isko slowly khol k jam,cream ya fruits add kar k dobara se roll ko band kar couple of hours k leay fridge mn rakh den.
