Recipe of Peshawri Chapali Kabab

Ingredients
Beef mince(qeema). 1 kg
Red chilli crushed 2 tbsp
Crushed Pomegranate/anardana: 5 tbsp
Tomatoes 3chopped
Eggs 3
(fry 2 eggs then cut into little pieces..mix 1 raw egg and 2 fried eggs together in qeema mixture)
Salt as your taste
Garlic and ginger past 2tbsp
Coriander Crushed 2tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch chopped
Green Chilies 5__6 chopped
Onions 2 medium size. chopped
Zeera crushed 2 tbsp
Green onions/spring onions half cup
Gàram masala powder 1tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Corn Flour /makayi ka ata 6 tablespoons
Oil for frying 1 cup
Method!
In a bowl mix together mince ( qeema), butter, crushed red chilli,crushed coriander seeds, crushed zeera,crushed pomegranate seeds, makayi flour,2eggs fry chopped, chopped onion,green chilli chopped coriander leaves chopped, salt ,gàram masala,tomatoes, egg 1 UN cook, and mix well.
Keep aside for 1 hour,shape into big kababs, shallow fry in oil /ghee,and fix 1slice of tomato onto each kabab before frying. Fry till light golden in color.
The delicious peshawri chapli kababs are ready to serve to dahi ki chunti and puri.
