Recipe of Dumpukhat Kebab Plus Qawami Swaiyan
Ingredients
Vermicilli 1 packet
Condensed milk 1tin
Crean 1 tin
Coconut 1 cup
Illachi seeds crushed
Pistachios for garnishing
Butter 1/4 cup
Method
Melt the butter, add crushed vermicilli, cook till light brown in colur, add cream, condensed milk, stir well, add coconut.
Mix well, put in dum,
Garnish with pistachios, serve hot it cold, choice is yours.
