Recipe for creamy rajma cocktail salad by humaira zia
Ingredients
Rajma 1 tin, drain out its water, rinse with mineral water.
1/2 tin sweet corn
2 apples cubes
1 green capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
Mango cubes 1 cup
1 cup finely Shredded cabbage
Mayonese 1/2 cup
Cream 1 tin
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Salt per taste
Method
. Mix the dressing Ingredients, mix well, put all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl, toss well, pour dressing on top, mix nicely.
Chilled before serving, so cool, so refreshing, so yummmmmmmm.
