Potato flowers 
Potato 4 boiled 
Corn flour. ..4 tbsp 
Salt to teste
Crushed red chili 1tbsp 
Crushed black paper 1tbsp 
Coriander seeds roasted n crushed 1tbsp 
Cumin seeds roasted n crushed 1tbsp 
Gram Masala powder 1tsp 
Lemon juice 2tbsp 
Coriander leaves 2tbsp 
Onion 1 chopped 
Anar dana. ...1tbsp 


Chiken powder 1tbsp 
Oil for frying
Method 
Boil the potatoes n discard the skin n mash well 
Add all dry spices n mix well 
With flower mold give them in shpe n deep fry 
Serve with imli ki chatni
