Recipe of Coca Chocolate Cream Cake
Ingredients
Eggs 6
Sugsr 6tbsp heaped
Coca powder 4tbsp heaped
Flour 2tbsp heaped
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

For filling
Chocolate flavour powder cream 2 packets
Chilled Milk 2 cups
Leftover Gnach 1 cup if not meet Choclate with cream, mix very well, Gnach is ready.
Coca powder 2tbsp level
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Chilled Milk 2 cups
Leftover Gnach 1 cup if not meet Choclate with cream, mix very well, Gnach is ready.

Icing sugar 1/2 cup
First whoop the cream by adding chilled milk, then add Icing dyfed, Coca powder, beat well till soft peaks formed, fold in Gnach, beat again, put in refrigerator.
Method of cake
Beat while 6 eggs in a neat, clean, dry, fat free bowl at full speed if beater, add sugar gradually, beat till fluffy, creamy whitish in colour. Seieve Coca, flour, baking powder thrice, sprinkke 2 tbsp at a time on egg volume, good gently till all Coca mixture consumed. Add vanilla essence.
Pour in a greater Tin, bake at 180 degree till done.
Let the cake cool completely on wire wrack, cut into two halves.
Wet with sugar syrup, apply cream on top, put some tuti fruity mixture, cover with other half, wet with sugar syrup.
Cover while cake with cream, make Rossett, put some walnuts on top.
Chilled it before serving, it's extra soft yummmmmmm cake.
