Aloo bukharay ki chutney
Ingredients
Dry plums ( sookha Aloo Bukhara) 2 cups
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon
Dry ginger ( saunt) 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar ( cheeni)1/2 cup
Red colour( lal rang) 1/2 teaspoon
Green cardamoms ( elaichi) 2
Melon seeds ( chaar maghaz) 1 teaspoon
Water 3 cups
Sliced almonds 5-6 ( optional)
Method
Mix all ingredients except almond and cook until you get THICK consistency of chutney ( sauce) . once you get desired consistency ..turn off stove then add slices almonds into it .
Enjoy !!!
Note : cook it on low flame and you can also take out seeds from plums and mash plums after its cooked thoroughly.
