Recipe of Mawa Puri:

Puri:
1) 2 cups maida (All purpose Flour)
2) 2 tbsp margarine
.... bind wid water into dough....
Mek 9 smol balls out of de whole dough, cover wid damp cloth n kip aside ol balls...

Paste (Saata):
1) 4-5 tbsp margarine or oil
2) 4 tbsp custard powder o cornflour
....mix well into paste

Recipe of Topping:
1) 2 cups khoya (mawa)2) 1 tsp elaichi powder
3) 1/2 cup milk powder
4) 1/2 cup almonds pista n walnuts crushed
5) 1/2 cup almond powder
....mix ol wid lil condensed milk to a dough den scoop a handful n shape anyway u like n kip in fridge....
Making of Pakwaans Puri:
1) Roll balls in puris
2) On each roti apply de paste leave one aside
3) Pile up ol puris in a stack use de plain puri for top
6) Dust de wrking table n roll into a big roti...
7) Apply paste on de big roti n fold up like Swissroll meking sure its intactly rolled
8) Cut ends den cut 1 inches pcs
9) Roll slightly each pc into smol puri o cn jus pat wid hands to broaden it
10) Deep fry on med flame, each at a tyme meking sure dey flake out by splashing oil on puris...
11) Wen crisped up remuv on strainer
12) Wen de puris r cooled dwn sprinkle coloured coconut on it n place shaped mawa on top n serve.....
