Recipe of Exante mousse



Exante mousse
Cream 500ml
Mixed purees ( mango peach and strawberries) 500gm
Gelatine leaf 11 pce
Egg yolk 04
Sugar 50grm
Egg white 200grm
Sugar 400grm

Method
Sugar ko achy say boil kar k syrup bna lain and keep on side syrup thora thick hona chy egg white ko achy say beat kar lain until foamy ho jay or add sugar syrup inside the egg white

Saperate bowl mai baki ingrident mix kar egg white mai add kar dain and keep in freezer ( mixture selicon mold mai fill kar k freeze karna)
Toping with any flover saucee)
