Ingredients
Keema 500g
Salt to taste
Squeezed crushed onion 1 cup, put onions in chopper, then squeeze it's juice.

Red chilli crushed 1 tbsp
Green chillies Chopped 2tbsp
Melted butter 2tbsp
Roasted gram flour 4tbsp
Grated potatoes 4 medium size
Chopped green Dhania 1 cup
Crushed corriander 2tbsp
Zeera crushed 1 teaspoon
Orange good colur 1 pinch
Scrambled eggs 2

Melted butter 2tbsp
Roasted gram flour 4tbsp
Grated potatoes 4 medium size

Method
Put keema in chopper with all its spices except scrambled eggs, roasted gram flour, butter and grated potatoes.
Chopprise well, them add squeezed grated potatoes scrambles eggs, roasted gram flour, green Dhania, and butter.
Mix very well, till all Ingredients incorporate with earth other, put in fridge for 30 minutes.
Now remove from fridge, make medium sized kebabs , shallow fry on tawa or in frying pan till golden crispy.
Serve hot hot with chuttney, just yummmmmmmm.
