Recipe of Nutty Creamy Vermicelli Seekhs


Nutty creamy vermicelli seekh's 
My invention 
Ingredients:
An egg,1/2 cup milk,2 tbsp maida,little saffron,3 pinches illachi pd,21/2 tbsp castor sugar,1 tsp butter,1 pkt vermicelli,food colour.
Ingredients for filling:
3 tbsp desiccated coconut,1 tsp khash khash,1 tbsp raisins,12 almonds,15 pistachios,3 pinches illachi pd,3 tsp granulated sugar.

 cream 3/4 cup.

Recipe:
In a bowl add an egg+maida add saffron strands add illachi powder add yellow food colour add castor sugar heaped add heaped butter add milk mix then add crushed vermicelli 1 pkt.
Roll on chopstick or wooden spoon n fry. 
For filling:
Whip cream 3/4 cup.
In a frying pan add crushed almonds.crushed pistachios.raisins. khashkhash .illachi powder.dessicated coconut roast everything together.later when cooled add heaped granulated sugar.
Mix roasted dry fruits n wwwc.
Fill in the seekh's with the help of piping bag.
Dip the edges of the seekh's in remaining roasted nuts mixture.
