Recipe for spicy Momos by humaira zia
Ingredients
Maida 2 cups
Oil 2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Water to kneed semi hard dough like samosa.

Kneed the dough, cover with wet cloth, let it rest for 30 minutes approximately.
For filing
Cabbage chopped. Capsicum chopped
Ginger chopped
Onion chopped
Green chillies Chopped
Ginger chopped
Onion chopped
Green chillies Chopped
Zeera whole
Haldi 1 pinch
Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
Vinigar 1 teaspoon
Black pepper crushed 1teaspoon Salt to taste
Method
Heat the oil, add Zeera, haldi, add all vegetables, cook at high flame, when water dries up completely, add soya sauce, Vinigar,
Adjust the seasoning.
Let it cool.
How to give shape
Divide the dough into equal size tiny balls.
Roll each ball, bit thick from the center, but thinnest from the edges, put the filling in the center, first close two edges, then other two edges, then again others like kachori.
Twist and remove the extra.

Arrange all Momos on idli maker.
Steam for 10 to 13 minutes.
Serve hot hot with any dip.
