TAVA CHICKEN
Ingredients
Chicken leg pieces 1 kg,
Butter 200 gms
Onion 2-3 large sized finely chopped
Tomato puree (5-6tomatoes)
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Javitri (mace) 1
Tejpatta (Bay leaves) 2
Dal Chini (cinnamon) a small piece
Sabut laal mirch, 2-3
Zeera 1tsp
Salt
Kasuri methi 1 n half tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Haldi powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder, 2 tbsp
Hung curd,(Kasa hua dahi) 1 cup
Ingredients

Sabut laal mirch, 2-3
Zeera 1tsp

Kasuri methi 1 n half tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Haldi powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder, 2 tbsp
Hung curd,(Kasa hua dahi) 1 cup
Method..
Marinate the chicken overnight or for 4-5 hours with ginger garlic paste, haldi powder, red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, hung curd n salt..
Now put the marinated chicken in a closed vessel till it absorbs all the water.
Now fry each piece of chicken in a pan by putting butter on it and fry all the pieces and keep aside..
Take a pan.. Heat oil +butter and put the bay leaves, Dal Chini, Javitri, Sabut Lal mirch, zeera and then fry the chopped onion, as it's Light brown in colour add the tomato puree, tomato ketchup, salt, tandoori colour(just for colour) and the chicken leg pieces.. Lastly sprinkle the crushed Kasuri methi.. Serve hot with parathas..
Masalas can b adjusted according to your taste..
