Recipe for classic crunch cake
Ingredients
Eggs 10
Caster sugar 20tbsp level
Flour 20tbsp slightly heaped
Baking powder 2 teaspoon

For assembling
Whipped cream

For crunch
Sugar 1 cup
Butter 1 teaspoon

Melt sugar on medium flame till light golden in colour, add butter, spread it in a greased shelf, make design of your choice, either after spreading, break into pieces, crunch is ready.
Caremal sauce
Sugar 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Butter 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 teaspoon
Milk 1/2 cup of feel, sauce is to thick.

Melt the sugar till golem in colour, remove from heat, add cream, milk altogether, put on fire, stir continuously, it may become thick, don't worry, it will meet again, check the consistency, put aside.
Method
I made 2 sponges by beating 5, 5 eggs separately,
Take a neat clean, fat free bowl, break in 5 eggs, beater should b neat, beat at full speed till eggs are frothy, now start adding Caster sugar, in 5 eggs 10tbs level will go, add gradually. Beat at least 5 minutes, it will b thick, creamy, whitish I'm nature.
Sift 10tbs flour plus 1 teaspoon baking powder thrice, Now start folding the flour 2tbsp at a time in egg mixture, mix gently, so the egg volume retained.
Pour the batter in greased tin, bake at 180 degree till done, it will take approximately 12 to 15 minutes,
Remove from the oven, put on wire wrack, let it cool.
In the mean time, either use another, fry, neat, clean fat free bowl and bester, otherwise wash prooerly, dry with kitchen towel completely, same do with the rest 5 eggs.

Cut each sponge in two equal halves.
Put first half on cake plate, wet with pineapple juice, apply whipped cream on top, spread evenly, arrange chopped peaches. Cover with other half, press gently, wet with peach juice, either mix pineapple and peach juice. Spread cream, top with pineapple chunks, same I have this way, consume All layers, by using tin chopped fruits Alternatively.
Cover the cake with whipped cream, pour the caremal sauce in the center of the cake, make design, decors with crunch.
Chilled it before serving.
