Gobi Paratha
ingredients:
3 cups wheat flour/atta
1 cup water or more if required
2 cups cauliflower head, grated finely (gobi)
2 green chili, chopped finely
1 onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp green coriander, chopped
1 tsp cumin seed, crushed
1 tsp dry coriander, crushed
garam masala powder as required
red chili flakes as required
Butter as required
salt to taste
Method:
Grate the cauliflower with a fine grater in the food processor add chopped green chilies and onion, green coriander to it and keep aside.
Now knead the wheat flour with cauliflower material and masalas and water to a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 mins.
Take a medium sized ball from the dough.
roll out a small disc from the dough ball. Now roll the parathas gently to a size of a chapati or roti. Put some melted butter roll it make a ball. Roll again to make chapti.
roast the gobi paratha with butter till Browned and uniformly roasted on both sides.
Serve gobi paratha hot with yogurt, chatni's,pickle or white butter. Serve & Enjoy!!!
