Recipe:
Bhindi ko dho k cut kar lein.
Oil me pyaz slice cut hui v dal kar golden brown karen.
Phir gosht r lehsan paste dal kar ache se bhoonay.
Saray dry masalay r tematar dal kar ache se bhoon lein r dhai ko phent kar dal dein.
Itna pani dalien k gosht gal jaye.
Phir jab gosht pak jaye to bhindi dal dein r 20 min dhak k pakayen.
Akhir me namak shamil karen.
R bhoon lein k gravy thick hojaye.gravy ko dry nai karna.
Phir hari mirche dhanya dal k roti ya chawal k sath serve karen.
