Recipe for shahi tukray in my style by humaira zia
Ingredients
Bread slices 12, trim the edges, cut into triangle shape or any desire shape
Oil for frying
Cardimom crushed
Bay Leaf
Cloves
Heat the oil, add crushed Cardimom, bay leaf, cloves, fry the bread slices till nice golden in colour.
For custured
Full cream milk 75oml
Cream 1 tin
Evaporated 1 tin
Condensed milk
Crushed Cardimom
Vanilla custured powder 2 tbsp heaped.
Method
Boil milk on medium flame till it remain 500ml.
Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream, mix very well.
Now in this milk, dip fried bread slices, remove after 30 seconds, arrange in a serving dish, pour some more milk on slices.
Now in the remaining milk, dissolve custard powder in water, pour this mixture in milk, make semi thick custured.
Cool the custured by stiring continously, put in water basin,so that it get cool quickly.
Now pour this rubbri custured on soaked fried bread slices.
Garnish with silver werk, chopped pistachios, chilled before serving.
Mouth melting desert is ready to serve your family members.
