Recipe for falafel in my style
Ingredients
Soaked chick peas 2 cups
Garlic cloves 5 to 6 if medium sized
Green chillies hot 5 to 6
Mint and coriander leaves only 1 cup
Semolina 1/4 cup
Roasted Gram flour 1 /4 cup or how much it needs to bind falafel
Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Zeera powder 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Minced meat cooked 1/2 cup
Butter 2 teaspoon
Summack 1 /2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Seasme seeds 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method
Put garlic cloves, mint, coriander leaves, melted butter, salt, paprika, black paper, Summack, Zeera powder, green chillies,lemkn juice. Give a quick round, now add chick peas, grind well, add cooked qeema,.. Seasme seeds.
Grind well, now add semolina, roasted Gram flour. Adjust seasoning, try to bind, if binds easily, its OK, if not, add more Gram flour, but with this ratio, in sha Allah, it will bind.
Now heat oil, when medium hot, give shape with the help of two spoons, or make falafel shape or round kebab shape, fry on medium flame till golden.
Serve with taheeni yougrt sauce.

Assorted veg like Capsicum of all colours, onion slices, tomato slices, garlic slices,

How to make yougrt sauce
Take 1 cup hung curd,1/2 tin cream. add taheeni paste, lemon juice, salt, black and white paper, chopped garlic, mix altogether, yougrt sauce is ready
Assembling
Take pitta bread, in the center, apply yougrt sauce, top with flafel, all veg, pour yougrt sauce on top, just enjoy the scrumptious taste sandwich.
