Green boneless handi in my style.
Ingredients
Boneless handi = half kg
Mustard paste = 2 tsp
White paper = 1and half tbsp
Yogurt = half cup
Vineger or lemon juice = 3 tbsp
Green chillies paste = 2 tbpsn
Black peppers crushed = 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin crushed = 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce = 1 tbsp
Salt = 1 and half tsp
Ginger garlic paste = 1 tbspn
Oil= half cup
Coriander leaves = half bunch
Nestlé cream = 4 tbpsn
All spice powder = a pinch.
Method
1. In mixing bowl add chicken, mustered paste, salt, lemon juice, 1 tbsp white paper and green chilli paste and marinate it for half hour.
2. Whisk yogurt with green chilli sauce and half tsp of white paper.
3. In skillet or handi heat half cup of oil and add ginger garlic paste cook it till it truns to golden brown.
4. Add marinated chicken and cook it for 6-7 mins.
5. After 6-7 minutes add yogurt and crushed cumin seeds crushed balck peppers and green coriander. Mix it and cook on low flame.
6. Add nestle cream and cook it till chicken is tender and all water dries up.
Sprinkle a pinch of all spice powder ( garm masla).
Serve handi with chappati.
