Recipe for mango Murraba by humaira zia
Ingredients
Raw apple mango or Murraba mango 1kg
Sugar 750g
Water 2 cups
Illachi seeds
Coconut slices
Golden raisins
Silver werq
Method

Peel, cut Mangoes into long strips, put sugar, hot water 2 cups , mix well, let it b like that 3 to 4 hours, until all sugar dissolved.
Now put on stove by adding coconut slices, golden raisins, Illachi seeds crushed. Let it cook on medium flame till Mangoes are soft but firm.
Take sheera In finger, try to touch the first finger with your thumb, repeat that action till u saw , a tar is forming.
It means it's ready, sheera should b shiny and transparent, it's the big sign.
Remove from heat, let it cool completely.
Then put In sterilised jar. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyy the yummmmmmmm Murraba
