Recipe for Basni fried chicken
Ingredients
Chicken pieces 500g
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
Red chilli 1tbsp
Zerda powder 1 teaspoon
For coating..
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Water enough to make semi thin batter
Salt to taste
Red chilli 1/2 teaspoon
Method
Merinate the chicken with above spices, keep for one hour,
Now cook the chicken along its marinated water, cook water dries up, masks wraps on chicken pieces, now mix the coating Ingredients.
Let it bit cool, dip each piece in batter, fry on medium flame till golden crispy.
Just enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyy yummmmmmm crispy chicken.
