Recipe for roasted chicken Charga
Ingredients
Chicken 1 cut into 6 big pieces, give slits on chicken pieces,
Salt to taste
Red chilli kashmiri 2tbsp
Orange food colour 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger juice 2tbsp
All spice powder 1 teaspoon
Chat masala 1 teaspoon
Yougrt 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Charcoal for giving smoke
Green chillies paste 1 teaspoon
Method
Mix all above Ingredients in yougrt, apply this masala on chicken pieces, Merinate overnight for best results.
Next day, put chicken along its marination in a non stick saucepan. Cover the lid, let it cook first on high flame, then do the flame medium.
Cook till water dries up, let the chicken roasted in its own oil. In the end, give charcoal smoke.
Serve hot hot, it's just yummmmmmm.
