Keri Ka Sharbat
Ingredients:
Raw Mango 500 Grams
Sugar 500 Grams
Lemon Juice 4 tsp
Ice As required
Salt As per taste
Method:
First take a raw mango 500 grams and boiled it when raw mango is soft then piled the raw mango and separate the pulp. Then add 500 grams kg sugar and salt as per taste and cook until the thickness. When he thick add 4 tbsp of lemon juice and mix it. As required 2 tbsp of ice and water and mix it well then serve it.
