1cup flour
1/2 tes salt
1/4 tes sfed zeera
1/4 sodabicarb
1 tb pure ghee
Luke warm water
Method:
Mix all ingredients and kneed with warm water.make soft dough.keep a side for half hour.Roll it very thin and cut it in diamond shap.Fry in hot oil,fry it till golden.leave to cool and store in air tight jar
