Mango Pannacotta
Ingredients:
3-4 cup ripe fresh mango pulp
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups fresh cream
3 cups milk
1 Pak Ager Ager powder
1/2+1/3 cup Tbsp sugar
Few drops- vanilla essence
1 ripe mango, peeled
Fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Method:
Take Ager Ager in a bowl.
Add 2-3 tbsp hot water, mix well and let it dissolve completely.
Heat cream in a deep pan.
Add sugar and vanilla essence, mix well. Bring to a boil.
Add half the Ager Ager to mango pulp and remaining to the boiled milk and coconut milk, mix well.
Add half the cooked cream to mango pulp and remaining to coconut milk, mix well.
Spread a layer of mango cream into a short glass and refrigerate for till set.
Spread a layer of coconut cream over the mango cream layer and refrigerate till set.
Repeat both layers once more after each layer sets properly.
You can make only two layers in any mold and take out when chill.
Cut mango into small dices.
Top pannacotta with mango dices.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled. Enjoy!!!
